Something Different

Maybe you are looking for something a little different to celebrate your special occasion.

We are always happy to discuss any themes or ideas that you may like to base your catering around. We, have in the past served food with Turkish, Caribbean, Country and western, Dixie land jazz and School dinners themes to mention a few!

A lovely idea for weddings or afternoon celebrations is “Afternoon tea”. Sandwiches are served with homemade traditional cakes, or for a real “Ritz” feel, sandwiches with crusts removed and miniature cakes and fresh mini scones with clotted cream and jam. Canapés may also be added to add a savoury side to this menu.

Hot and cold canapés served throughout a function is becoming a popular choice, where guests are to mingle, rather than stay seated. These can be followed with miniature shepherd's pies and mini desserts to make sure there is something for all tastes.

For a day at the races, we are able to provide picnics complete with cutlery and crockery. Canapés could start your day with coronation chicken, salmon and dressed salads for lunch and for later cheese, fruit and mini desserts for tea.

We have a special children's menu for the under 7's enabling them to have their own buffet and feel part of the celebrations.

If your function falls midweek, a party tea combining some of our buffet food with cakes may be just what you are looking for.

It is your function and we are here to help make it as successful as you would wish it to be and to top it all, we enjoy it!
