- Crockery, cutlery, white paper napkins and paper covering for the buffet table
- Tea, coffee, de-caffeinated tea & coffee, sugar, sweeteners and milk
- Water boiler, trays & delivery

- Hot buffets
- Table linen & glasses
- Waiting staff
Waiting staff will have have drinks ready on your return, uncover your buffet, warm the sausage rolls where possible and offer these round followed by your cakes alongside plenty of tea and coffee before clearing everything away.
